Well.... today I picked up my new cpap machine. I didn't think it would bother me but somehow I'm a little sad that I have to have one. Oh well.. no biggie :) I did some shop therapy afterwards. Only spent $2.00 LOL Guess I didn't need much therapy, huh?
We'll see how it goes tonight.

I'll be interested to see if you feel more refreshed in the mornings. I think my dad would feel like he actually got a good night's sleep if he used one.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sleeping nearly as good as without the machine. However, when I am sleeping its a much deeper sleep. I'm sure its just going to take time to get adjusted and learn to move without having a high blast of air in my eye LOL.
