Email Issues

If you have sent me an email in the past month and I haven't responded.. well its because I am using outlook instead of outlook express and it isn't sending all my email. I've yet to figure out why. I've followed all the directions and I am still being told "your message wasn't sent" GRRRRRRRRRRR
This is royally ticking me off!!!!!!!!!!!

ok.. off to work on other projects so my computer doesn't go flying out the window.
